Bishop Moore is an anointed preacher, teacher, whose ministry focuses on FAITH and DELIVERANCE. He preaches with the authority of one who has sought the face of God and received a supernatural anointing to reach out and compel mankind to Jesus Christ. His passion and compassion has endeared him to countless peoples around the world. ​

He was saved under the anointed leadership of the Late Bishop Presley Wortham , Pastor of Back to the Bible Apostolic Faith Church in 1976. He served on the Deacon Board, Sunday School teacher, and Choir Director. ​

He joined Community Church of Christ in July 1984 under the anointed leadership of the late Apostle James R. Jones. He continued to serve on the Deacon Board, Sunday School teacher and Superintendent, Male Chorus, and Choir Director. He served on the Deacon Board for over 25 years. ​ 

He was called to the ministry in July 2004, ordained as Elder in 2005, elevated to the office of Bishop in 2006. The Late Apostle James R. Jones appointed Bishop Moore as Junior Pastor of the church in June 2006 and to be his successor. September 2007 The Late Apostle James R. Jones appointed Bishop Moore Senior Pastor of Community Church of Christ where he now serves. ​

His message of redemption and reconciliation, faith, deliverance and power in the Holy Ghost inspires others to “come up to the high place”. His goal is to reach the lost at any cost. He never settling for what is and has been, he blazes new trails and scales summit as the deep revelation of God’s Word unfolds. Bishop Moore encourages believers to “Fight the good fight of faith” and unbelievers to come to repentance. ​ 

Bishop Moore is married to the Love of his life and committed partner in ministry, Lady Mary E. Moore, a woman full of wisdom and the epitome of a godly woman.
